damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed with 48
hours of package delivery. |

Upon
receiving your notification of damage or defective item, further specific
instructions will be given within 1-3 business days. Please do NOT ship back
unauthorized returns. Otherwise, the return claim may be automatically rejected
and customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. |
►
For most
merchandise, items are warranted by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year.
However, following products have different terms:
Hand-signed sports memorabilia may not be returned after 30 days under any
circumstances. DirectTech Bluetooth Headsets, MP3/Mp4 Players, Memory Cards, and
Bluetooth Sunglasses are warranted against defects in material and workmanship
for 60 days from the date of purchase.

No
merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is
defective. Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or
refunded. Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise
is not available for replacement.

Our return policy is not to accept merchandise for return except
in factory sealed, unopened cartons, unless the merchandise is defective. All
returned merchandise must be in original carton with all accessories and
unmarked manuals included. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit
amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. All warranty cards (if
initially provided by the manufacturer) must be left blank. Original merchandise
box must not be defaced or altered in any way. The Original S&H is not
refundable and shipping costs back to us is the
responsibility of the customer No Exceptions.

CLAIMS FILED
WITHIN 48 HOURS: |
As a reminder, all damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped
products must be informed with 48 hours of package delivery. Otherwise, return
claims may be delayed and/or rejected. All claims associated with damaged
package/product in transit will result in a call tag merchandise pickup arranged
by CRB through its shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, Fedex, etc).

If the merchandise was defective for any reason, please contact
us via email within 7 days of receipt at
Support@CutRateBazaar.com and obtain a
return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Failure to do so may
result in the item being returned to you at your expense. No returned
merchandise will be accepted without a valid RMA on the shipping label. You will
then have 14 days to return the item in unused condition for exchange of
the same product.

All return claims involving allegedly defective (non-damaged) or
mis-shipped merchandise will result in the following action:
CRB will
provide a (prepaid) return shipping label to be affixed by the end customer for
shipment back to CRB and/or its vendors partners. Once received, the merchandise
will be inspected to determine whether order was either mis-shipped or product
was defective. CRB is responsible for return shipping cost if the return claim
qualifies for product replacement. However, if order was correctly shipped and
returned product is deemed non-defective, CRB customer is responsible for
original return shipping costs incurred by CRB and any additional shipping costs
required to re-ship said merchandise to the end consumer and/or CRB customer
location.
Exclusions:
All oversized/flat rate shipping merchandise return shipping costs must be
originally incurred by the CRB customer, with financial reimbursement by CRB if
merchandise is found to be defective.
If
non-defective merchandise received by CRB does not qualify for replacement, CRB
customer is fully responsible for all shipping transit costs. CRB reserves the
right to take ownership of said non-defective merchandise if CRB customer does
not reimburse return shipping costs and outbound re-ship fees within 60 days.
CRB will not offer financial reimbursement for returned non-defective products.

CLAIMS FILED
AFTER 48 HOURS:
All return merchandise claims filed after 48 hours of original
delivery date are strictly defined as a manufacturer warranty issue. CRB
customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of whether
merchandise is found to be defective. Abusive wear and tear of products may not
necessarily qualify a returned product for warranty coverage. If merchandise is
found to be defective, CRB will be responsible for replacement product shipping
costs. Certain merchandise may not qualify for return claim authorization after
30 days of delivery receipt (see above).

SIGNATURE
REQUIRED DELIVERIES:
For certain product lines, CRB requires signature on delivery to
minimize potential delivery fraud. If the receiving party waves the signature
required for order delivery, CRB takes no financial responsibility for the "lost
package liability". If a signature waiver is required, CRB will need said
statement in writing. It can also be stated within order comments for any
specific transaction. Verbal notification will not be accepted. CRB currently
requires signatures for the following manufacturer line(s): Alpen. Please
note that CRB does not offer signature on delivery for shipments unless
specified above.

OVERSIZE ITEM
SHIPPED BY TRUCK:
Please inspect your purchase on delivery. In case of shipping damage, you must
write it down on the delivery paper and refuse the delivery immediately. We will
ship out the replacement upon receipt of your product and our inspection. It is
buyer’s responsibility to inspect the content before signing for the delivery.
Always write on the bill of lading form before you sign for the delivery the
following statement: "PRODUCT ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION OF ANY HIDDEN
DAMAGE" to protect you and us against any hidden damage. Any hidden damage must
be reported in writing to us and the trucking company within 48 hours by e-mail.

RETURN
POLICY ADJUSTMENTS:
The following return policy adjustments apply to
manufacturer-specific inventory:

-- Authorization to return product(s) must be obtained in advance and must be
made within 5 (five) days of receipt of merchandise. A return RMA form must be
signed in order to validate your return. Pictures for defective parts must also
be received within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Failure to do so may
forfeit your privilege to return/exchange the products. All cancelled orders for
custom products are subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) cancellation fee.
There is no restocking fee for returns or exchanges made within 5 days of
receipt and in original packaging. Products altered in any way may not be
returned or exchanged unless permitted by the Seller. All products that are
approved for return after 5 days are for order credit only and may incur a 25%
cancellation/restocking fee. All products returned must be in the same condition
as it was originally delivered to buyer. Special or custom-made orders are not
refundable. All electrical or mechanical parts are non-returnable. Merchandise
signed for is assumed delivered and no shortage claims will be considered unless
noted on delivery ticket at time of delivery. Damaged-shipped merchandise must
claim with the freight carrier. Original receipt must be presented for credit or
exchange. NO RECEIPT NO REFUND. Exchanges on poor fitment of body kits will only
be given after careful review and inspection. Pictures of the fitment or part
will be requested in most cases. No returns on any parts that have been used,
installed, modified, or disassembled. All returns must be sent to prepaid and
insured by Buyer. No refund or credit on labor or freight charges. Buyer is
responsible for all shipping costs. Any refused shipments do not necessarily
constitute the right to any refund credit.
