Shipping Method
Because CutRateBazaar.com works with many manufacturers and distributors, delivery time and shipment availability may vary from one product to the next. However, our policy is to ship new orders via UPS, DHL or FedEx Ground within 3-5 Business days of order placement. Alternatively USPS will be used for some individual items as well. Yet also reserve the right to ship by any carrier based on buyer address. In most cases, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship to US addresses only. If you desire to ship an item to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us in advance to confirm accurate shipping costs. Some items are directly imported from the overseas warehouses. In these cases, we may require Express Air delivery services only. Also, some items are hand-crafted and require 2-6 weeks for production time. We might offer local pickups for some small items and in this case it will be mentioned in the item description. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. We will contact you with the actual charge for your approval before your purchase is shipped.
Shipping Cost
Estimated Shipping costs will be assessed during the ordering process based on UPS rates and are set to approximate the actual cost of the shipping option selected. You do not need to actually place an order during this step. The shipping prices are for the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii need to be calculated manually, by requesting via email. By default, we charge UPS Ground rates based on product weight. You may verify this by visiting http://www.ups.com. Oversized items, such as furniture or big screen TVs need to be manually calculated, please email us for quota. FREE SHIPPING offers are valid only for deliveries inside the U.S. 48 contiguous states. Costs will still apply for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii. To determine these costs, please send an inquiry to Support@CutRateBazaar.com. Due to the excessive surcharges, we cannot ship FedEx for Saturday delivery.
Address Corrections
When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us a $5 address correction fee on each box shipped to that incorrect address. In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge your credit card the amount of the address correction.
Oversize Item (TVs) Shipping
We only ship to verified /confirmed addresses in the continental u.s.a. Please allow 10 - 14 business days in transit time for TV delivery by national freight Economy LTL servioce. Expedited service is available, please call us for the rates ! TV acceptance policy: You must inspect the TV in front of the driver. refuse it immediately if there is any damage to the TV & we will ship you a new set. Before signing any paper, you must always write " ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" ! There is NO exception to above policy. TRUCKING COMPANIES WILL DENY ANY CLAIM IF YOU FORGET TO WRITE " ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" in case of a hidden damage !
Tracking order
When your payment clears, we will ship your item off within 1-3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to the address you provide us at checkout. You can also track packages by e-mail even if you do not have web access. To track UPS shipment using e-mail, specify one UPS tracking number in each e-mail message and address it to totaltrack@ups.com. Tracking information will be automatically returned to your e-mail address.
Combined Shipping
If you need a combined shipping rate on multiple purchases please email us at Support@CutRateBazaar.com We have found that combined shipping can save you up to 80% on shipping charges! To qualify, the items must be purchased within 5 days and paid for together. We suggest that, when making multiple purchases, you request a total to let us know you are finished, and wait for us to send a combined invoice before paying. Certain oversized items will not apply and will be noted in the listing for that item.
